Jit Bahadur Baral is a dedicated scientist, acclaimed author, and mental health advocate. After years of witnessing the silent struggle of youth and families facing mental health challenges, he founded Seeds of Hope and Survival to provide a sanctuary
of information and compassion. His mission is to turn silence into
support, breaking stigmas one conversation at a time through
speaking engagements and community outreach.
